We are proud of all our Chesapeake Montessori School alumni. Our graduates are well-prepared for their continued educational journey and have a record of success in public and independent middle schools and high schools.
Montessori elementary graduates have experienced the challenges and rewards of working with children of different ages and have seen their skills and talents put to use in many group projects. They have developed proficiency in all areas of academic endeavors and look forward to new opportunities beyond elementary school. They respect and trust the adults with whom they work. Above all, they are flexible and adaptable.

CMS Alumni and Parents
Nicole Thompson, left, and Sarah Smith are both two-generation CMS families. Both graduated from CMS and both now have students at our school.
Join the We Are Montessori project.
CMS alumni and all Montessori grads are invited to participate in the We Are Montessori project sponsored by the Association Montessori International. The project was launched on Facebook on August 17, 2011. Montessorians are offering favorite stories and memories of their schools and teachers while others have just offered thanks that their Montessori education has given them tools for success in life.
We encourage CMS grads to join the project--visit the AMI website or Facebook to get started!
